We’re looking for a structured and proactive Platform Assurance Lead to drive governance, change control, and access compliance across our cloud-based data platform. You’ll embed key processes to support daily releases, manage risk and environment stability, and ensure access is controlled and auditable. Who You Are

  • You’re a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives on driving structure, rigour, and accountability across complex platforms.
  • You have a strong understanding of change governance, risk management, and compliance within cloud-based data platforms.
  • You’re confident engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent ways of working and clarity of ownership.
  • You’re comfortable interpreting technical information and simplifying it.
  • You enjoy working with data and thinking about how metrics, reporting, and insights can be used to drive accountability and improve decision-making.

What You Will Do

  • Embed and evolve change management processes across the platform, supporting daily releases while reducing risk.
  • Proactively identify, track, and escalate risks and issues across teams, ensuring timely resolution and accountability.
  • Maintain governance controls including access compliance, policy adherence, and audit readiness across platform activity.
  • Oversee environment integrity by defining clear onboarding, usage, and incident response processes.
  • Develop reporting requirements and own Power BI dashboards to track change, risk, and compliance metrics.
