Job Title: Apprentice Retail Supervisor
Salary: up to £12.05 phr

The Role
From day one, you’ll dive into our Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 apprenticeship. Over 18 months, you’ll learn to support and manage colleagues, oversee projects, execute operational plans, solve problems, and build strong relationships. With support from our training provider Coach, leadership team, and a dedicated mentor (an experienced Assistant Manager), you’ll have all the guidance you need to succeed. Based in our Banbury store and working across several neighbouring stores. You’ll learn from the best, every day will bring something different. You’ll grow to maintain operational excellence, safety, make customers smile and be house proud.
Full-time – 39 Hours per week
Location: Wickes, Southam Road, Banbury, OX16 2RR

- If you are 21 yrs and over £12.05phr, 18 yrs – 20 yrs £11.37phr and under 18 yrs £8.77 phr.
- Up to 5% annual bonus and up to £300 per month gain share bonus

About You
Whether you’re a school leaver, looking to reignite your career, or an experienced manager from a different industry eager to join our retail management team, we want to hear from you.
- A valid UK driving licence: You must be able to travel to local stores in your own vehicle.
- GCSEs: Ideally, you have GCSEs in English and Maths at grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent. If not, you’ll work towards Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications alongside your apprenticeship.
