Overview
As a Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for providing an excellent upfront experience to our new clients. You will be working with new payroll clients to ensure an accurate and professional implementation. This role allows you to work directly over the phone with our new clients to assist with their questions and requests.
You will be the point person for the client post sale as they onboard with myPay Solutions. This position requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a love of working with clients. Responsible for the onboarding of new client payrolls and day to day payroll production includes setup, payroll processing to banking. You will utilize processes and controls necessary for delivering a high level of service, and quality to myPay Solutions customers.
Main Responsibilities:
• Effectively managing and routinely integrating high volumes of data from multiple sources
• Consistently working independently to meet strict compliance deadlines to effectively deliver timely and accurate payrolls
• Utilizing expert levels of payroll, tax compliance and system knowledge to administer policy and resolve issues
• Bringing a positive attitude into every interaction with internal and external customers
• Customarily responding to client questions regarding various aspects of payroll processes and procedures and orientation inquisitions and integration of new and potential clients and accountants

• Independently analyze and research complex issues and provide resolution through effective client interface and communication
• Self-directed, organized, and able to meet strict deadlines
Knowledge/Experience:
• Payroll processing experience
• Proven ability to interpret and apply complex payroll tax principles and wage and hour laws
• In-depth knowledge of processing multi-jurisdictional taxes, benefit accruals, garnishments, and expatriates
• Advanced PC knowledge – (Windows, e-mail, Excel, Word, file management, imports, uploads, interfaces)
• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification a plus, but not required
Salary: $40,000 – $55,000
