What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but here’s a taste of what you’ll get stuck into:
- ️ Admin with Impact – Support key transport projects and keep our documentation shipshape.
- Travel Coordination – Organise travel for the Transport Management Team like a pro.
- Digital Know-How – Keep our intranet pages fresh and functional.
- Finance Fundamentals – Raise purchase requisitions using SAGE.
- Meeting Mastery – Be the go-to for meeting minutes and action tracking.
- Process Power – Help maintain and improve our systems and workflows.
- Reporting Ready – Gather insights and input for executive-level reports.
What You’ll Bring
We’re not expecting you to know it all—we’ll support you every step of the way. But here’s what will help you thrive:
- ✅ GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English (Grades A–C)
- A curious mind and a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal
- Organised, detail-focused, and ready to juggle tasks
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- A team player who’s ready to learn and grow
