As part of ourĀ full time, permanent Facilities Leadership Team, you willā¦Ā
– Oversee daily operations of all cleaning aspects for all holiday homes and park venues.
– Manage relationships with external contractors and ensure compliance with service agreements.
– Schedule and coordinate contractor activities to meet service demands.
– Recruit, train, and develop a team ensuring they work productively and develop professionally
– Engage and inspire the team to always be guest obsessed
– Deliver our performance targets against budget, margin & cost control
– Address and resolve guest complaints related to cleaning services promptly and effectively.
– Work closely with the guest and ownersā team to ensure a seamless experience for all.

Salary:Ā Starting from Ā£33,000, and the opportunity to earn up to 10% Annual Bonus
Experience and QualificationsĀ
You may already be a Cleaning Manager or Operations Manager which is great. All we are looking for isā¦
– Proven experience leading large teams in a large Cleaning Services operation or similar environment
– Experience in managing operations, performance, resources and cost control
– Can confidently deal with Guest concerns and resolve problems
– Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
– Strong decision-making ability
