Assistant!

As part of our Cleaning Services Team, you will… 

– Support the Cleaning
Services Team Manager with all, planning, preparation and activity attributed
to the day-to-day operation of the Cleaning Services department
– Support with stock management and orders, team rota’s,
recruitment and training, budget performance, safety and legislative compliance
checks
– Ensure the delivery of a clean and safe environment for our Guests,
monitoring daily service and tasks, responding to feedback and addressing areas
for improvement
– This is a hands on, varied role where you will be out on
Park but will also support with administrative tasks related to the role

Experience and
Qualifications 

You may already have
experience within Cleaning or Facilities Operations which is great! All we are
looking for is…

– Previous experience of working within a large team
– The ability to work at pace and under pressure whilst remaining organised
– Experience of planning and organising operational tasks, stock control and
managing budgets
– Can confidently deal with Guest concerns with the ability to resolve
problems, show empathy and understanding
