Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid) – 2-3 days a week in
Annual salary + bonus and benefits

looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to play a lead role in the
CLM transformation at Haven. As we build our new Customer Data Platform environment,
you will work with the Technical CLM Manager to ensure it’s fit for both
current and future CLM strategy, which you will lead on devising. If you are a strategic
thinking, results-driven leader with a passion for driving customer engagement
and loyalty we’d love to hear from you.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
– Leading and inspiring your team to deliver on your Customer Lifecyle Marketing strategy
– Developing and implementing customer lifecycle marketing strategies and overseeing end to end delivery of campaigns
– Driving personalization at scale through the deployment of always-on trigger campaigns
– Utilising analytical insights to identify opportunities for campaign iteration and optimisation

What we’d like you to bring:
– Proven experience in a customer lifecycle marketing role
– Expertise in building and optimizing campaigns in complex CDP environments -eg Bloomreach, Hubspot, Braze, Salesforce
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and drive campaign optimisation.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, you’re capable of influencing and engaging at all levels
