Job Purpose and Summary

You will be providing a high level of customer service that meets and on occasions goes beyond customer expectations. Ensuring that all customer queries are handled in a prompt and professional manner, taking ownership of issues, utilizing all available resources. You'll need previous experience of handling customer complaints/enquiries via telephone, in writing or face to face and to be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess accurate data entry skills.

  • Ensure best consumer experience during consumer care process
  • Generate consumer insight based on Canon forums and social media
  • Register repairs, cost estimates and handle invoicing to customers.

  • Interact with customers at the customer desk, by phone and e-mail.
  • Serve the technicians with repairs.

  • Handle the packing of incoming and outgoing repairs.

  • Attend photo and print events (fairs) where customer service is required

  • Warranty and chargeable repairs on Canon Professional Photo and Video Products as well as Consumer products (Print) both as bring-in and On-Site service

  • Service Partner Management, Settlement, Support and Training of service Partners

What we ask

You are likely to have a previous background in customer service where you have communicated clearly and concisely in Polish and English, input data accurately and responded to customer queries in a timely manner.
Your time management and organizational skills will be fine-tuned with an ability to quickly understand customers issues or complaints. Working to a cost effective and commercially viable solution will ensure you are successful in this role.

Flexible and adaptable approach when working with team members or other departments to achieve the teams/departments objectives and targets.

Adapt to new or additional tasks/projects within the Customer Service team when requested to by the Manager
