The Role and the Team
Blue Light Card launched in Sydney, Australia in October 2022. We’ve got big plans and are growing fast, as a result, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Merchandiser to join our marketing team and optimise sales and engagement through brand partner performance.
We’re a fast-scaling business and are looking for someone who can work proactively and independently with a strong start-up mentality.

What You’ll Do
- Merchandise the website and app with appropriate offers according to our strategy; plan the location of product offers on the site to increase visibility and support a user-friendly experience
- Analyse and improve offer performance through optimised copy and destination links
- Collaborate with the marketing and partnerships teams to deliver effective partner marketing, based on thematic plans and partner objectives
- Work with the product team to identify critical product development goals, and act as ‘product owner’ for the member-facing offer sections of the website and app
- Use data insights and partner strategies to deliver results across key promotional periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, First Responders Day etc.
What You’ll Bring
- Substantial experience and proven success working as a Digital Merchandiser or Ecommerce Marketer, with experience of planning and delivering key digital campaigns
- Effective copywriting skills with an understanding of SEO
- Commercial acumen and confidence in identifying commercial opportunities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure all deadlines are met
- Proficient in analysing and interpreting sales data
- Previous work in start-up or fast-paced environment would be an advantage
