What you’ll be doing…

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Executive to support the smooth and safe operation of our centre. You’ll be the go-to person for facilities-related issues, ensuring high standards in health, safety, and security while enhancing the customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for all facilities issues – solving problems quickly and effectively.
  • Coordinating health, safety, and emergency procedures, including drills and staff training.
  • Building strong relationships with local authorities (e.g. fire, police) to improve safety processes.
  • Leading audits and managing risk assessments to protect both our centre and its tenants.
  • Monitoring utilities, identifying energy-saving opportunities, and supporting compliance with ISO 14001/45001.

To be successful you’ll bring…

  • Experience in facilities or operations management (ideally in a retail or property environment).
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety standards and risk management.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys taking initiative and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
