Job Purpose and Summary

  • Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports, projections, and statements.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Service) to lead strategic planning processes, including budget, forecast, and mid-term planning.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business results with a commercial mindset to understand key business drivers, such as sales and profitability, and identify key opportunities and risks.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the full Profit & Loss Statement for strategic product categories.
  • Act as a sparring business partner to the Country Director.
  • Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, including accounting, pricing, marketing, and sales.

What we ask

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
  • At least 4 years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing, and ambiguous environment.
  • Proven leadership achieving effective results in a fast-paced, growing, and ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in setting up business cases and driving financial conclusions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English.
  • Strong MS Office skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Power BI and Hyperion knowledge is preferred.
