Home Experience Administrator

As a
Holiday Home Experience Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting
the daily operations of the sales office front desk while ensuring a seamless
experience for our lettings and owners.

Key
Responsibilities  

– Working
closely with the sales and customer service teams to address any post-purchase
queries or concerns.
– Supporting
the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth coordination of
administrative tasks and guest interactions.
– Assisting
the Sales Team with administrative tasks, including document preparation,
appointment scheduling, and record-keeping.
– Create a welcoming space, ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment where guests,
owners, and visitors feel completely at home. 

Requirements  
– Experience in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Reception Team
Member or a similar role in guest relations or customer service is beneficial but not essential; we provide training. 
– Customer
focused with a passion for working with people. 
– Can actively listen, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional, friendly manner. 
– Ability to handle challenges or guest complaints with patience, tact,
and efficiency.
