Rowlands Pharmacy are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager with the drive to be proactive in providing an array of services in a community pharmacy.
The ideal candidate will have a real hands-on approach to the way we do things. Someone who is a strong leader and knows exactly what it takes to make the whole team tick and is focused just as much on building relationships as you are your business. If you love nothing more than getting to know your customers as well as being proactive in providing an array of services in a very busy community pharmacy, you could be the person we are looking for.
We are seeking an individual who embraces change and is able to support an existing team with new and existing business initiatives. You will take ownership of the business, have a positive “can do” attitude, promote and deliver services within the team and provide a great customer experience within the pharmacy. It is essential you have previous management experience ideally in a community pharmacy environment and possess an MPharm degree or equivalent. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
The working hours and pattern for this role are as follows:
42.5 Hours per week
This is multisite role and will be based across a number of branches with differing opening hours
