What you’ll be doing…
To contribute to and implement a tourism strategy that aligns with McArthurGlen’s Corporate Tourism Strategy, maximizing revenue through increased Tax-Free Sales and international visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and build strong trade partner relationships.
- Represent the outlet at industry events and manage B2B/B2B2C campaigns.
- Analyse sales data and present monthly reports.
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
- Develop bookable tourism packages and maintain an engaged customer database.
- Deliver year-round tourism campaigns and marketing materials.

To be successful you’ll bring…
• Extensive experience in sales and business development, preferably in German tourism and travel sectors.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a sales-driven, results-oriented approach.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fluent in English, German and Dutch
