We are currently seeking a driven individual to join us as a Procurement Intern
The Procurement function provides the main interface between the company and the supply base, developing and building strong relationships and driving process improvements. The department satisfies the company need to support sales through the management of a global supply base in line with defined business parameters helping to maintain the company as a market leader in supply chain management.
About the Team
• Operational Procurement need to Source parts in a timely and cost-efficient manner to satisfy customer service, specified inventory, and quality levels.
• The Team is interface between suppliers and customer relation team with common goal to deliver parts on time and with best cost.
• We communicate to commercial team and internal stakeholders about any commercial terms change which impacts our business, like: price change, increase of delivery time, issue with winding source on market.
• We manage the day-to-day relationship with vendors.
• We take care about any price variance on invoices between vendors and Incora.
• We make sure that material which we buy to cover our customers needs is the one which they need for the time that they need.
About You
If you:
• want to start your career in Procurement,
• are a student of Management, Logistics or any other Economics degree,
• have good MS Excel skills,
• are fluent in English,
• are willing to gain experience in matrix, international organisation,
