Langley now has a fantastic opportunity for an organised and dynamic Regional Manager with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. This role is permanent, full-time, working 37 hours per week and based from home. There will be requirement to frequently travel across our Southern services with the need for overnight stays.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £52,628 per annum plus £550 a month car allowance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be accountable for the standard of service delivery and performance in operational services areas agreed with the Senior Operations Manager and to report on these.
- Be responsible for developing and monitoring action plans to ensure that services provide safe, caring, well led, and effective services.
- Visit each service in your portfolio a minimum of one full day a month but more frequently when a service is experiencing specific operational challenges.
- Be a role model for Christian values and provide Christian Pastoral Leadership to the service management teams, which will involve leading devotions at some team meetings and also National Service Manager meetings where required.
- Responsible for ensuring the service managers and all service staff are supervised frequently in line with the performance management procedure. Proactively encouraging the development of your teams.
- Responsible for promoting client engagement.
- Ensure that services are always in a position to be ready for inspection from regulators such as the Care Quality Commission or Local Authority or from stakeholders we have service delivery contracts with. Ensure that any notifications required by regulators are completed within expected timeframes.
- Be accountable for the budgetary performance of the services you have oversight for.
The successful candidate will be a practicing Christian who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered and equipped to do their best work. This person will play a key part in providing strong Christian leadership and will be required to uphold the Trust’s Christian ethos and Christ like culture, aligned with our Christian Identity , and therefore there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practicing and professing Christian under the Equality Act 2010.
