What we’re looking for:
- A competitive salary between £24,486 and £33,513 reviewed annually

We can offer:
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), PTLLS, or equivalent
- Qualified Teacher Status (or close to achieving it)
- Experience working with young people with SEMH and complex needs
- Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour
- Knowledge of vocational pathways and subjects
- Experience in 1:1 and small group tutoring
- Strong planning, evaluation, and differentiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
