PSI is seeking a highly organized and experienced accounting/financial professional with a builder mindset to support our Banking and Tax team. We are currently undergoing an organizational change in which this role will help build scalable processes and controls.



  • Process, review and control payments (ACHs, wires, EFT, etc.) for customers and internally and supervise Banking and Tax Analyst to ensure accuracy on all processed payments.
  • Support the Banking Operations Manager in month-end reporting to Senior Management
  • Customer accounts and Bank accounts reconciliations.
  • Manage treasury and cash management operations for PSI Payroll Services including bank administration and control accesses, etc. relationship management with multiple banks, and disbursement management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Manage the daily FX and month-end analysis.
  • Manage systems and banking implementations and automation.
  • Manage credit card programs.
  • Responsible for the daily banking, cash management and forecasting for the Company and managing the funds to ensure there is enough liquidity to manage the business.
  • Assist in the development of the strategy, goals and objectives for the Treasury management function that align with the overall Organization’s strategy and goals while developing plans to reduce financial risks.
  • Evaluate the reliability, integrity, and usefulness of treasury and cash management information while developing ongoing action plans to improve as appropriate.
  • Support the administration of bank accounts, including providing oversight of the Company’s bank accounts and
  • Manage the administration of the Company’s banking applications and internal controls.



  • Advanced proficiency in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with an ERP system (financial modules), Quickbooks Online, and MS Teams would be an asset.
  • Provincial Annual returns experience is an asset. 
  • Accounting degree or equivalent experience. 



  • Thorough analytical and critical thinking skills to perform independent analysis with attention to detail.
  • An ability to apply professional judgment in determining the appropriate accounting or reporting methods in various situations, evaluating possible solutions and providing recommendations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and follow up on multiple initiatives within tight deadlines.
