What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be providing accurate and timely administrative assistance to the HR function of the OSB Group Plc.
Your responsibilities will include…
- Responsible for ensuring all Payroll requests through the HR system are processed in accordance with the payroll deadline each month and ensuring that the correct approvals are saved on file for audit purposes.
- Responsible for resolving, monitoring and completion of all screening cases. Attending monthly meetings with the screening provider and rectifying matters arising with regard to failure of service.
- Support with checking letters drafted by the HR Administrators and escalating any issues to the HR Shared Services Team Leader. Ensure that the relevant SLA’s are met within the team.
- Become SME on Sponsored VISA’s and ensure that all processes are followed in line with the Home Office. Ensure that all the correct documentation is saved on file for audit purposes.
- Follow and keep up to date with current HR processes and recommend improvements or changes to procedure.
In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £25,000 – £27,000 and a competitive benefits package including:
- Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 12.5%
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
