Overview
As we continue to scale globally at IRIS Software Group, we are looking for a Senior Partnership Management Executive.
This is a strategic role working with internal teams and external partners. The role of the Partnership Management executive is to manage allocated work streams as they relate to external payroll partnerships. You will implement and maintain best working practices, policies, and procedures to drive partner performance as well as tactical, operational, and strategic deliverables
In this scenario, the partners are global payroll providers and you will be managing the contract to simplify the lives of our clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the contractual execution of operational & service partner deliverables, ensuring key SLAs and KPIs are being met / exceeded
- Chair and manage strategic partner performance reviews, analysing and reporting on key trends / recommendations for improvement to the senior leadership team – including but not limited to resources, technology, processes and delivery models to drive improved quality and efficiency of partner deliverables
- Execute partner strategies as agreed by senior leadership team
- Lead the creation of assigned projects ensuring the appropriate change controls have been drafted and executed. This includes applying commercial leverage when negotiating pricing with partners as directed by senior leadership
- Establish and maintain effective internal and external communication channels to ensure the availability and dissemination (where appropriate) of relevant information, and capturing that information on Knowledgebase for future use
- Proactively manage communication within the team, and external value chain, to negotiate and execute new partner deliverables
- Acts as the primary point of internal escalation for the partner stakeholder group, championing, gathering and communicating a facts based assessment and remedial action plans for agreed partner escalations
- Build strong external and internal relationships to drive overall business performance, ensuring partners are engaged
Desired experience and competencies
- Partner management experience is essential
- Successfully worked in a partnership role
- Strong commercial and operational acumen
- Experience in a role carrying responsibility for achieving cost and service objectives
- A solid understanding/experience working in international payroll
- Experience of working within a service-orientated software company
- Proven track record of running a profitable P/L
