About you:
- Exemplify strong leadership abilities, with proven ability to inspire, coach and develop and manage a team
- Extensive experience working in a 5-star/premier catering operation, and recent expertise at Sous Chef level
- Good communication skills, able to build great working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, where every day presents new challenges and opportunities for culinary innovation
- Well organised, able to plan and delegate effectively
