Service Charge Accountant
Location: Teddington with flexibility
Salary: £49,361 per annum
Who we’re looking for
As part of our finance team, you’ll use your knowledge, technical expertise and enthusiasm to provide excellent control of our income, making sure our rent setting and service charge experiences are the best they can be.
You’ll be a part-qualified or qualified accountant, keen to develop your accounting skills and knowledge of rent and service charge income accounting legislation.
You’ll work with the team to deliver exceptional service to every customer, every time. Your role will include preparing service charge calculations for our customers including estimated charges and actuals. Monitor ground rent charges issued to ensure accuracy and completeness and raise service charge adjustments.
