THE ROLE
As the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor at AllSaints, you’ll be at the forefront of our North America Distribution Center’s dynamic operations, reporting directly to our Warehouse Manager. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our shipping and warehouse operations, providing leadership, and driving operational excellence.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- You’ll assist in leading our Receiving and Shipping teams, fostering a culture of efficiency and accuracy.
- Own the process of placing merchandise and supplies in appropriate locations in the warehouse
- Collaborate closely with our allocations team in the UK, our Office Manager, and Logistics Assistant to ensure seamless operations. This includes assisting with warehouse and store supplies and invoices.
- Support Warehouse Manager with communication with carriers including scheduling inbound and outbound shipments to keep our supply chain running smoothly.
- Oversee and meticulously record all inbound and outbound shipments to maintain accuracy.
- Provide training and feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Ensure the overall accuracy of our facilities’ products by overseeing inbound accuracies, shipping accuracies, and the consolidation process.
- Maintain and upkeep dock organization to ensure seamless inbound and outbound procedures.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- Attention to detail
- Exemplary written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, commercially driven warehouse environment.
- Strong preference for candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish to facilitate effective communication with team members and customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate the warehouse floor efficiently. Capable of lifting and moving items weighing 45 pounds or more, ensuring safe handling of merchandise.
- Willingness to work during standard business hours on weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts as required by operational needs.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervising shipping and receiving operations.
- Proficiency in reporting tools, including Excel and Google Workspace, to generate accurate and timely reports as needed.
- Forklift operation experience is preferred.
Pay Range in Chicago, ILÂ
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
Hourly Rate:
$21/hr – $23/hr (plus potential to earn additional from our team commission scheme)

Our North America region is made up of 76 retail locations across the US and Canada with our flagship store in SoHo, New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’ infamous aesthetic to the West Hollywood hills.
