Overview
Welcome to Daffodil House — a warm, nurturing children’s home in the heart of Wales where care, compassion, and creativity come together to help young lives blossom.
At Daffodil House, we support young children to grow, heal, and thrive in a safe, family-style environment. Our home is filled with laughter, learning, and love — a place where every child is valued, every voice is heard, and every day brings new opportunities to build confidence and independence.
We believe in more than care — we believe in connection. Through positive relationships, playful moments, and trauma-informed support, we help our children develop vital life and social skills, build resilience, and rediscover the joy of being a child.
As a Support Worker at Daffodil House, you’ll be part of a caring, energetic team dedicated to helping young children feel safe, secure, and inspired.
No two days are ever the same — one day you might be supporting with morning routines and school prep, another you could be helping with art projects, outdoor adventures, or bedtime stories. You’ll offer emotional support through tough moments and celebrate every milestone, big or small.
Your care and consistency will help our children learn to trust, grow in confidence, and believe in themselves.
