Senior Support Worker
Up to 40hrs per week available
£12.45 per hour – £25,896 per annum (Based on 40 hours) – Due to be increased in April!
We are currently looking for a Full Time Senior Support Worker to join our Team.

Preferable Experience & Skills
- NVQ or QCF Level 2/3 or equivalent in a Health and Social Care – or commitment to undertake.
- Demonstrable understanding of the principles of high-quality person-centred care and support and non-discriminatory care practice.
- Good understanding of the regulatory responsibilities held by the Registered Manager and the law relating to care services.
- Understanding of systems to maintain confidentiality in relation to customers, staff, and the business.
- Good communication skills. Effective working relationships with colleagues.
- Experience of building positive working relationships with people who use services and their families, staff and other health and social care professionals representing the organisational values.
- Ability to maintain clear written and electronic records and to follow statutory reporting procedures, ensuring all colleagues are following correct procedures.
