Overview
 Industrial Services Driver / Operative – LisburnÂ
A key role in providing support to the activities of the Industrial Services division as appropriate on a day to day basis and to assist other areas of the business as and when required. Â
The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing as part of the recruitment process.

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Safe driving and operating of company vehicles including HGVs for the carriage of dangerous substances.Â
- Management and maintenance of all cleaning associated services, including tanks, interceptors, bunds, drains, septic tanks, sewers and in particular those within confined spacesÂ
- Effective operational management of all equipment mechanical and electronic that may be deployed by the company in the course of its operations, as directed by your manager/supervisor/senior management
- Execute daily maintenance of Garage forecourt servicesÂ
- Ensure Enva Site and customer protocols adhered to
- Ensure driver checks are completed and defects reported
- Deliver decommissioning services including those relating to underground storage tanks, above ground tanks, services and pipelinesÂ
- Oil / chemical emergency spill response and remediation servicesÂ
- Collection delivery and associated handling of materials (e.g. hazardous and non hazardous wastes, waste containers, products)Â
- CCTV surveying (e.g. drains and other services)Â
- Additional services developed or offered by the companyÂ
Â
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseÂ
- Full driving licence for classes B, C1, C, EB, EC1 and EC, a Certificate for drivers of vehicles carrying dangerous goods for all classes (except those relating to 1 and 7) and a forklift (reach truck) certificate.
- Previous/demonstratable experience operating jet vacuum units or CCTV surveying equipment.
- Previous/demonstrable experience in confined space entry works
