This is the job

As a Transformation Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting governance across our transformation portfolio. You’ll deliver consistent, accurate, and timely reporting and analysis to stakeholders at all levels, helping to improve business controls and support prioritisation across programmes and projects.

You’ll be a key user of our programme management software, helping teams adopt tools and processes, resolve data quality issues, and embed best practices across the organisation.

What will I be doing?

  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting aligned to the CPMO calendar.
  • Maintain and improve master data sets, ensuring consistency across sources.
  • Collaborate with teams across the COO function to embed tooling and processes.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, liaising with relevant teams.
  • Produce ad-hoc and data quality reports, driving actions to closure.
  • Support and guide end users of our PPM tools.

What do I need?

  • Experience within a reporting and/or data analysis, ideally within a transformation or change function in a large organisation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly to support informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and platforms such as Power BI, Jira, and PPM systems.
  • A structured and methodical approach, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and collaborative communication style, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • A proactive mindset – curious, adaptable, and motivated to drive continuous improvement.
