Revenue Protection Analyst – Go-Ahead House (East Croydon)
As the Revenue Protection Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting, organising, and analysing data to support informed decision-making and action planning in the areas of revenue protection, fare evasion, and fraud. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with large, varied datasets to identify patterns, emerging trends, and actionable insights.
By delivering high-quality analysis, the analyst enables proactive interventions that strengthen revenue protection tactics, reduce revenue at risk, and improve overall performance. Working closely with the wider Customer Service Delivery (CSD) team, the postholder will contribute to achieving objectives and targets aligned with GTR’s strategic goals: delivering brilliant basics, winning more customers, working smarter, and spending wisely.
If you can bring the following to this role we would love to hear from you:-
- Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Accountancy or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in revenue analysis, preferably within the transportation sector
- An understanding of the different factors that contribute to revenue loss and revenue at risk within a business setting
