Field Based – UK Travel Required

We’re looking for a Chartered Building
Surveyor (MRICS) to join our Property team and help shape the future of our
estate. With responsibility for surveying our holiday parks – you’ll ensure our
sites remain safe, compliant and well maintained, whilst supporting long-term
investment decisions. This is a field-based role with national travel, where no
two days are the same: from inspecting pools and park buildings, to advising on
capital projects, to influencing sustainability and safety standards. You’ll bring
technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills and the drive to make
a real difference across our portfolio. If you’re a motivated surveyor who

Your Opportunity
Carry out building surveys
across parks as business requires
Undertake periodic
inspections, including pools and prioritised buildings.
Assess and categorise
building defects using a RAG rating system.
Maintain up-to-date
building registers and floorplans.
Project manage significant
remedial works beyond park team scope.
Support business cases and
capital budget sign-off processes.
Escalate complex issues to
external specialists where required.
Provide clear reporting
with budget costings and recommendations.
Contribute to strategy on
safety, sustainability and asset lifecycle.
Drive continual improvement
by challenging the norm and using data insights.

What we’d like you to bring

Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)
qualification.
Proven professional
experience (Ideally in a multisite business)
Strong knowledge of
building surveying practices and regulations.
Proven ability to compile
and manage complex budgets.
Excellent written, oral and
presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder
relationship-building skills.
Data analysis and
evidence-based decision-making.
Ability to work
independently, with strong organisational skills.
Good IT skills, including
MS Office and SharePoint.
Full UK driving licence.
