Purpose of the role:
The Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering the internal communications plan across London & Partners’ global team. They will enhance corporate brand engagement and recognition, while also showcasing the brand externally through digital channels and assets such as social media and the corporate website. Across all activities, they will reinforce and celebrate London & Partners’ mission, values, and successes, strengthening our employer brand to attract and retain the best talent.
Key Tasks
Internal Communication Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and deliver the internal communications plan across multiple channels, ensuring employees remain informed and engaged with London & Partners’ mission, objectives, and projects.
- Work closely with the Learning and Engagement Manager to support the internal communications needs of the EDI Council and its component groups.
- Manage monthly All Staff meetings, including commissioning content, providing guidance, and ensuring quality assurance.
- Maintain consistency and excellence in employer branding across the London & Partners HQ office.
- Collaborate with corporate service teams, including People & Talent and Policy & Strategy, to ensure internal communications are consistent across the organisation.
- Lead and deliver internal communications inductions for new starters, maintaining key tools and corporate assets (e.g. decks, boilerplates, logos), and ensuring their effective and appropriate use.
- Generate engaging content and creative ideas for internal communications, newsletters, blogs, and emerging channels, ensuring the company’s purpose and values are reflected in all initiatives.
External Communication Responsibilities
- Ensure the London & Partners style guide is upheld across all external outputs.
- Support the creation of the annual Impact Report.
- Manage, update, and develop public-facing corporate digital assets, including the website and social channels, to increase brand visibility and showcase our mission, values, and results.
- Work closely with Marketing and PR teams to commission and manage content for London & Partners’ corporate social channels.
- Partner with the People & Talent team to promote London & Partners’ employer brand externally.
- Undertake other reasonable duties allocated by your line manager.
You’ll have/bring
- Proven experience in internal communications, including developing and delivering effective internal and external communications plans.
- Experience managing and producing content for a variety of channels.
- Excellent creative writing and presentation design skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Creative thinker and problem-solver.
