- Committed to your own growth, actively seeking opportunities to learn and develop within the role.
As the Recruitment Assistant supporting Hard to Fill and Executive Recruitment, you will also be responsible for:
- Supporting hiring managers with shortlisting and ensuring timely communication with prospective candidates
- Assisting with the collection and reporting of recruitment data and metrics
- Collaborating with recruiters to ensure a cohesive approach to their recruitment activities
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administration who is eager to grow their career in recruitment. Although not required, previous experience in recruitment will be viewed favourably and may strengthen your application.
If you’re someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and values being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
