Hours: Part time, 1 days on 5 days off,  (with a sleep night). We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.  Rotas given in advance.

Pay rate: £12.60 to £12.90 per hour, days (depending on qualification), £60 per sleep night Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Our beautiful solo home in Telford offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment for our young person. Our team supports them with all of their domestic needs and socialisation skills while learning new things and experiencing fun activities and excursions together.
We can offer educational places in our school in Shropshire where our young people can engage in a more personalised education plan to help them thrive and reach their full potential.

What we’re looking for:

  • A Full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Prior experience in a children’s care role (desirable)
  • Values in line with Esland’s, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
