The Senior Support worker Role:
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in the wellbeing, safety, and daily lives of the people we support. Leading by example, ensuring exceptional care, and supporting both staff and individuals to thrive.
You Will:
• Support individuals in achieving their goals and living as independently as possible
• Assist with audits, checks and controls
• Lead by example and guiding Support Workers in best practice
• Encourage and implementing new ideas to enhance service delivery
• Promote dignity, respect, and emotional understanding in every interaction
About you:
We’re looking for someone who listens deeply, understands emotions, and genuinely cares about making a positive difference.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or complex needs
• Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards it)
• A natural leader who can motivate and support a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
