The Opportunity
The Sales & Marketing team is key to the success of the Retail business. Doing amazing things with data, campaigning, strategy and making sure we sustain our business is in our DNA and allows us to surface key insights that both enable our operational teams to deliver value add activities and drive our commercial performance.Â
As a Sales Support Advisor, you’ll be the voice of EDF for customers exploring our energy and electric vehicle (EV) solutions. You’ll guide them through their journey, provide expert advice, and help them make informed choices—all while delivering exceptional service and meeting compliance standards.

Pay, benefits and culture
Alongside a starting salary of ÂŁ25,719, potential to earn 3% bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a market-leading pension scheme. In addition to this there will be a commission structure with earnings capped at ÂŁ36,902 (before 3% bonus).

What you’ll be doing
- Handling inbound calls from existing and prospective customers who might be:
- Moving home
- Reaching the end of a fixed-term tariff
- New to EDF and exploring supplier options
- Interested in EV tariffs, B2B partner services or staff tariffs
- Providing quotes, explaining terms and conditions, and processing successful sales in our Kraken system
- Ensuring all sales are fully compliant with regulatory and internal standards—only compliant sales count toward commission
- Working towards sales targets in a supportive, performance-driven environment
- Operating within core hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:15
Who you are
