About the role

The purpose of the job is to provide the crucial role of ensuring that care is delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with both peoples needs and staff availability using electronic systems. You will effectively coordinate and allocate care staff to people accessing the service, ensuring that all care visits are covered. You may also under take confidential administrative support to managers, using appropriate systems, procedures and resources, ensuring that North Northamptonshire Council policies and values are complied with and reporting deadlines are met.
