Premium Digital Ticketing Administrator – Liverpool

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Premium Digital Ticketing Administrator to join our Stadium Commercial Team and play a vital role in supporting our operations and customer-facing teams.
As Digital Ticketing Administrator you will ensure the smooth, efficient, and accurate administration of Everton’s premium ticketing and premium packages, delivering a first-class experience to supporters from purchase to matchday.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ticketing Administration, processing and managing premium ticket bookings through the Seat Unique platform
- Customer Support, providing timely and professional assistance to Everton fans purchasing matchday experiences, ensuring queries are resolved quickly
- Operations Support, assisting with event set-up, partner communications, and matchday coordination to ensure seamless delivery
- Data & Reporting, maintaining accurate records of sales, customer details, and ticket allocations; prepare reports for internal and club stakeholders
- Quality Assurance, ensuring all listings, packages, and communications are accurate, consistent, and reflective of Everton’s premium brand
- Collaboration, working closely with Seat Unique’s operations, partnerships, and customer experience teams, as well as Everton’s internal staff
- Match day working , providing digital ticketing support at Premium entrances for all members
- Pre Match activities, supporting the wider Premium teams with operational set up for match days
Who We’re Looking For: Essentially, we are looking for an individual who has previous experience within ticketing processing and distribution.
To be successful in this role you must be highly motivated with the ability to stay calm and resolve matters arising creatively and productively to ensure a successful conclusion.
Other essential skills, knowledge & experience will include:

Understanding of Ticketmaster and Salesforce

Previous experience within a football club

Very high standard of written English as well as professional communication skills over the telephone and face-to-face

Ability to listen and communicate clearly, concisely, confidently and constructively to ensure mutual understanding

Excellent time management
This position is a permanent opportunity, working 35 hours per week as well as matchdays with the closing date for this role being Wednesday 1st October 2025.
The location for this role will be between the Club’s iconic headquarters in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool and Hill Dickinson Stadium.
