About the role:
We are continuing our strategic expansion of parcels service and have an opportunity for someone to join our team and drive business growth. The Parcel Solutions Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with potential clients to expand parcels services for our customers. You’ll analyse market trends, negotiate deals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and alignment with company goals.
You will lead on exciting new parcel development projects to further improve our customer’s experience and business growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing new business strategies to drive parcel growth

Creating new business relationships by identifying potential business, clients and services that will

Analysing industry trends and market developments to inform our business strategy

Negotiate deals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and alignment with company goals

Develop account plans to grow volumes and achieve targets

Monitor volumes and performance metrics in line with contractual requirements and maintain standards, aligning with Service and Operational teams where necessary to improve the customer experience

Plan new volume efficiently in line with client and business activity

Lead new development projects
