WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT

You will deliver data collection in real time and will be the main point of attachment between the management team and data collectors 

HERE’S YOUR ROLE BROKEN DOWN (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF) 

• Deliver live coverage within our highest standard measures. 
• Post-match checks applied through the correct guideline procedures. 
• Expert knowledge in Performance soccer definitions and processes. 
• Adept at making carefully considered decisions having consulted stakeholders and weighed up risks with minimal delays. • High knowledge in betting games processes and definitions. 
• Assist with Tier 13 training sessions. 
• Create and deliver workshops for freelance & PT/FT analysts to improve and align areas of analysis. 
• Responsibility for freelancers: support on re-training, definitions and help to improve KPIs. 
• Training/Definitions Group – Senior Analysts included in communication channels in order to learn/have visibility over definition decision making. 
• Set best examples for behaviour and conduct in collection area. 
• Base and Live Supervision trained – first point of assistance on squads and live supervision, able to add new/move existing players within database and monitor games following the same procedures and standards as a Soccer Supervisor. KPI applied to staff where applicable. 
• First point of call to assist with Open Evenings, Collection Client Demonstrations and Career Events off-site. 
• Attend regular team meetings with Team Leads and Analysts and ensure messaging is cascaded on to Analyst group as well as collating and raising issues. 

DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS

• Experience as Soccer Performance Analyst 
• Excellent organization and communication skills 
• English skills 
• Complete understanding of collection tools and processes 
• Specialist knowledge of worldwide soccer leagues and competitions 
• Ability to anticipate operational scenarios

• Spanish and Portuguese Skills and other languages
