Regional Chef Manager – Midlands & North
Field based – Covering Birmingham, Liverpool & Selby

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Regional Chef Manager to lead culinary operations across multiple sites in Birmingham, Liverpool and Selby. This is a field-based leadership role – perfect for someone who thrives on variety, autonomy, and team development.
As a key member of our operational leadership team, you’ll be responsible for delivering food excellence, developing kitchen teams, and ensuring consistent standards across your region. You’ll work closely with local site managers, clients, and our central support team to drive innovation, consistency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop kitchen teams across multiple locations

Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety

Support with menu development, training, and implementation

Conduct audits and ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations

Work closely with site and area managers to deliver excellent client satisfaction

Identify opportunities to improve service and drive efficiencies
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a multi-site chef management or head chef role

A hands-on leader who inspires culinary teams to achieve their best

Strong understanding of food safety, compliance and kitchen operations

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region

Passion for great food and exceptional service
This is a field-based regional role covering Birmingham, Liverpool, and Selby. You’ll ideally be based somewhere centrally within the region with good access to transport routes. Occasional overnight stays may be required.
