The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Human Resources Partner to join our vibrant HR team at Sizewell B. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for proactive employee relations, working hand-in-hand with our people Leaders to address challenges and drive positive outcomes.

You’ll be instrumental in identifying trends, sharing insights, and embedding best practices across the board. Reporting directly to the HR Manager on site, you’ll play a key role in shaping a supportive and effective workplace culture.

Pay, Benefits & Culture

The salary range associated with this role is between £39,543 – £68324. This is a part-time 30 hours per week role and your salary will be pro rated. We are flexible as to how the hours are split over 4-5 days and between site and homeworking.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be a key player in developing our Leaders’ understanding of HR procedures, using your coaching skills to build their confidence and capability. Your expertise will help them navigate complex employee relations with clarity and care.

You’ll contribute to major change initiatives, ensuring people implications are thoughtfully considered and managed. Your analytical skills will support the creation of accurate HR data packs and reporting that inform strategic decisions.

Working within a regulated power station environment, you’ll support compliance and audit requirements while also driving forward impactful HR projects that shape our future.

Who You Are

You’re either a Graduate or Associate member of CIPD, or actively working towards it. You bring solid experience in generalist HR or employee relations and have a strong grasp of employment law.

You’re confident interpreting data and using dashboards to uncover trends, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in maintaining HR systems. Excel proficiency is a must, and experience with BI tools like Tableau is a bonus.

You’re a natural communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and Trade Union representatives. If you’re early in your HR journey and passionate about employee relations, we’re here to support your growth and development.

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) which will, ordinarily, require you to have British residency for the last 3 years.
