Hawksmoor is growing! We have a very exciting new opening planned for London this year and are looking for a team of talented people to support us in our ambitious growth plans.
Since 2006 we have been the UK’s home of ethically sourced, grass-fed beef, cooked over charcoal and paired with our award-winning wines and cocktails. As Bar Manager, you’ll lead the bar team, ensuring world-class drinks, seamless service and a buzzing atmosphere that lives up to Hawksmoor standards.
What You’ll Do
Manage the daily bar operation, ensuring high standards of drinks and service
Recruit, train and develop bartenders, barbacks and head bartenders
Oversee bar stock, ordering, cost control and menu development
Deliver engaging guest experiences and support the restaurant floor when needed
Work with senior managers to drive sales and uphold Hawksmoor values
Who You Are
Experienced as a Bar Manager in a high-volume, cocktail-led venue
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits, with passion for training others
A proven leader who develops teams and fosters a positive culture
Highly organised and commercially aware
Ambitious, with potential to step into senior management
