Hawksmoor is growing! We have a very exciting new opening planned for London this year and are looking for a team of talented people to support us in our ambitious growth plans. 

Since 2006 we have been the UK’s home of ethically sourced, grass-fed beef, cooked over charcoal and paired with our award-winning wines and cocktails. As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be instrumental in leading the front-of-house team, delivering Hawksmoor standards, and ensuring every guest leaves wanting to return.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver warm, genuine hospitality
  • Take ownership of daily floor operations, service standards and guest experience
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and senior team to ensure seamless restaurant operations
  • Drive sales through exceptional service, upselling and floor presence
  • Recruit, train and develop FOH staff, building a culture of learning and progression

Who You Are

  • Experienced as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, quality venue
  • A natural leader who motivates teams and leads by example
  • Organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
  • Passionate about hospitality, food, wine and people
  • Ambitious, with the drive to progress further within Hawksmoor
