About the role
An opportunity has arisen to join our busy Local Land Charges Team providing a professional customer focused Service on behalf of the Council. As a Local Land Charges Officer, you will be responsible for processing and providing accurate and timely local authority searches. If you thrive on working in a busy environment, providing excellent customer service and are used to working to tight deadlines we would love to hear from you.
The role will be based at Municipal Offices, Bowling Green Road, Kettering and then Haylock House, Kettering.

About you
Successful applicants will have excellent communication and IT skills. You will have an analytical approach to work with the ability to interpret maps and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail and have strong organisational skills. You will be an effective team player, but capable of working on your own initiative and be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
Previous experience of working within a Local Land Charges team would be desirable but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
