Warehouse Associate III – Austin

We are currently seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate III here at Incora.

The Warehouse Associate III is accountable, under minimal supervision and demonstrated ability to successfully trouble shoot warehouse issues, to fill customer orders of high priority or “special program” requirements with strong team coordination and follow-through abilities, and to complete the full cycle of warehouse functions of picking, packing, stocking, documenting and shipping customized orders, accurately and expeditiously; drive company vehicles to transport material to and from specified locations, as licensed and trained; as well as assisting the warehouse supervisor in training, leading and mentoring less experienced levels of warehouse personnel.
The Warehouse Associate III will be responsible for locating appropriate product with a radio frequency system, pulling required quantities and sizes (counting/weighing), and packaging and preparing material for shipment. This fast-paced position consistently requires a high volume of productivity; with strong attention to detail to variances in product identification; ability to accurately understand and follow written specifications; perform data entry; and follow customized requirements with trained knowledge of quality standards, and customer specifications.
About You:
- Educated to National Vocational Level (NVQ) or equivalent (EU) High School Diploma or GED Recent, forklift certification training and current forklift license, is preferred Valid driver’s license and sustained acceptable driving record and performance when driving is required
More About You:
- Minimum of three years warehousing experience in an aerospace environment; or equivalent warehousing/training experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyze situations, trouble shoot and resolve warehouse issues successfully
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate less experience warehouse personnel
