Location: Coventry
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday – 07:00-15:30 but 7 days operation so managing rotas for 7 days – flexibility is a must
Key responsibilities will include:
- To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer needs
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
- Work effectively with all colleagues at the relevant site to ensure excellent customer service
- Managing a team of 10 and responsible for approximately 200 covers a day
- Making outstanding quality food that is ‘picture perfect’ every time
- Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard
- Working across 7 day operation, breakfast, lunch, back shift & night shift
Our ideal Candidate will:
- Be passionate about food and great service
- Already hold Level 2 Food Hygiene & Allergens Certificate
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work quickly
- Willing to work across weekend/ late cover if needed
- Contract catering experience would be highly desirable
