Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Dispensary Technician to support the smooth operation of our busy college salons and dispensary area. This key role ensures that all products, equipment, and resources are well-maintained, safely stored, and readily available to staff and students, helping to create a professional and efficient learning environment.
Working closely with suppliers, administrative teams, cross college teams & curriculum staff, you will coordinate stock ordering, monitor inventory levels, and manage day-to-day salon resources. You’ll also take responsibility for maintaining high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with college procedures and industry regulations.
Alongside resource management, you’ll oversee client bookings for the salons, liaising with marketing and teaching teams to support practical sessions and provide an excellent client experience. You will also play an important part in guiding and supporting students, helping them build confidence, professionalism, and employability skills as they prepare for their future careers.
