We’re looking for a motivated school or college leaver to join our Team in Bristol as a Management Trainee. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gain real industry experience, and develop a long-term career in the fast-moving world of housebuilding.

At Dandara, our Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop the next generation of future leaders. Through a structured programme of rotational placements, hands-on experience, and professional development, you’ll gain valuable insight into how a successful housebuilding business operates while building the skills needed for a rewarding career.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Management Trainee, you will:

  • Complete rotational placements across key departments to gain broad business exposure

  • Support teams with project work and day-to-day operational activities

  • Carry out assigned tasks accurately, professionally, and to agreed deadlines

  • Contribute ideas and participate actively in meetings, training sessions, and development activities

  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the business

  • Take ownership of your personal development and continuous learning

  • Fully engage with apprenticeship and training requirements throughout the programme

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals who are keen to develop a long-term career with Dandara.

Essential Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above

  • Completed or predicted completion of a Level 3 qualification (A Levels, T Level, or equivalent)

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Ability to travel between sites and offices when required

  • A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop
