AMS Sales Operation Manager – United States of America

What you’ll be doing…. 

The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter focused on strategic results. They will not only be responsive but also proactive and strategic. They will develop a deep understanding of how Stats Perform operates and a cursory knowledge of Stats Perform’s products, market, clients, prospects, and competitors. 
Business Planning, Research, Analysis and Reporting: This role will act in many ways as a “chief of staff” for the SVP of Americas Sales and Global Partnerships. They will become a trusted advisor and partner for the SVP. They will be responsive, collaborative, and consultative on certain tasks needed for sales leadership to plan, communicate, inspect, and drive the business. 
Pipeline Development support: The Americas Sales organization partners with the Marketing and Products organizations to drive top of funnel pipeline. This role will partner with those functions to govern the relationships, licenses, usage, and results of key tools such as Zoominfo, 6Sense, Marketo, LinkedIn, PowerBI, etc. 
Sales Operational Discipline: Stats Perform strives to forecast and deliver results in a predictable, consistent, and repeatable manner. This role will help develop and lead key sales operations processes and initiatives with the Americas sales force and Global Partnerships team. Such initiatives might include Account Planning, Pipeline Development, Quarterly Business Reviews, Forecasting, Global Sales Kickoff, and other offsite meetings, etc. 
Customer Renewals and Success: This role will complement the Account Executives and Customer Success Managers with a goal of nurturing and retaining our installed base clients. A key focus will be to help inspect, plan, manage, and execute a consistently predictable Renewals strategies and processes. 
What we need from you…

Experience: Preference is 5-10 years in sales/business operations roles with mid to large sized high-tech or data services companies. Experience supporting direct sales and channels leadership and organizations is a plus.
