What you’ll do
The Assistant Merchandiser role in Outlets is a great opportunity to both drive the individual BU strategies, in line with the wider Outlet 3-year growth plan and to broaden your experience and knowledge of the wider C&H BUs, range and assortment planning, sourcing, buying and trading.
Your key accountabilities will include…
- Support the Merchandiser in agreeing the strategy
- Work with Sourcing Offices to manage critical path from buy to delivery for re-bought product
- Analysis of sales identifying winners and losers and taking appropriate actions
- Assist the Merchandiser on managing top line documentation
- Implementing new systems and processes
- Accountable for creating accurate department forecasts
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include…
- Strong Merchandising skills working to at least Senior Merchandise Admin Assistant
- Strong knowledge of the end to end buy to store process
- Negotiation skills (costings on re-bought product)
- Excellent numerical, analytical and interpretative skills
- Influencing (internal and external) skills
- Confident using IT support systems
