Barback – New Restaurant Opening 

Hawksmoor is growing! We have a very exciting new opening planned for London this year and are looking for a team of talented people to support us in our ambitious growth plans. 

Since 2006 we have been the UK’s home of ethically sourced, grass-fed beef, cooked over charcoal and paired with our award-winning wines and cocktails. We became B Corp certified in 2022 and are the only restaurant group in the UK to place in the Best Companies for 13 consecutive years, meaning we have some of the happiest people in the industry working here! This is alongside raising over £1million for Action Against Hunger and being rated as one of the most sustainable groups in the country. As a Barback, you’ll be the backbone of the bar team, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure our bartenders can deliver the best drinks and service.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the bar stocked, clean and well organised
• Prepare garnishes, glassware and equipment for service
• Support bartenders during busy shifts with speed and accuracy
• Collect and polish glassware throughout service
• Work closely with the bar team to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Keen to learn more about bars and develop into a Bartender role in the future
